Patrick Johnson Sr
Our Founder and Ministry Director leads this ministry with a deep love for Jesus and a heart shaped by lived experience. Having personally witnessed and walked through seasons of hardship, he is passionate about meeting people where they are and responding with compassion, dignity, and hope. His calling is rooted in serving those in need, sharing God’s love in practical ways, and creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported. Through faith, obedience, and a commitment to service, he continues to guide this ministry with humility and purpose.

Mickey Leon
Our Co-Founder and Executive Director is a devoted woman of God whose leadership is grounded in faith, prayer, and compassion. As a committed prayer warrior, she carries a deep burden for those facing hardship and addiction, shaped by her own personal experiences. Her heart is driven by a desire to see lives restored through the love and grace of Jesus Christ. With empathy, strength, and obedience to God’s calling, she serves faithfully, walking alongside those in need and helping lead this ministry with wisdom, humility, and hope.

Co-Founder/Executive Director
Our Director of Operations is a gifted woman of God whose life and leadership are rooted in prayer, faith, and obedience to the Lord. A true prayer warrior, she leads with boldness and discernment, yet carries herself with kindness, warmth, and humility. Her passion for God’s work is evident in everything she does, as she faithfully steward’s the responsibilities entrusted to her while serving with excellence and integrity. She is truly on fire for the Lord and deeply committed to the calling God has placed on her life and this ministry.

Director of OperationsHeidi Hall
Our Ministry Coordinator brings heart, creativity and organization to every aspect of the ministry. Guided by a love for Jesus and a desire to serve others, she ensures that each outreach and event runs smoothly and effectively. She also manages our social media presence helping share stories, updates, and opportunities to serve so that God’s work reaches more hearts. Her passion, care, and commitment helps make the ministry a place of hope, compassion, and connection for all who are served.

Ministry Coordinator Candy Nava
Our Director of Street and Youth Ministry carries a deep burden for reaching hearts both on the streets and among the next generation, a calling shaped by his own past experiences and the transformative work God has done in his life. Led by compassion and faith, he meets people where they are with love, truth, and grace. His bold witness, servant’s heart, and unwavering commitment to Christ are evident in the way he pours into youth and extends hope to those who feel unseen or forgotten. Through prayer, relationship, and action, he faithfully walks out the call God has placed on his life, igniting faith and purpose in others.

Director of Street/Youth MinistryJason Coones
Pastor Jamieya Johnson is a Christian author, speaker, and community leader based in Minnesota. She is the founder of In The Word Ministries, an organization focused on promoting Bible literacy. A partner with Transformation Outreach Ministry supporting women’s spiritual growth.
